- Sell, transfer, or sublicense your account to another party
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our app

Aeloria and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aeloria and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Aeloria name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Aeloria. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
7. In-App Purchases
Aeloria may offer virtual items or currency for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

Aeloria IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- Aeloria will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using Aeloria will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the app will be corrected
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Aeloria SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aeloria and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of Aeloria or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aeloria operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
